Location: HELSTF
Pay Rate: $18.85/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Every other Friday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (off alternating Fridays)
Status: Open Until Filled

Join our team as a Visitor Control Specialist at HELSTF, where you’ll play a key role in maintaining site security while delivering excellent customer service. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and thrives in a structured, high-responsibility environment.

• Control and monitor site access while ensuring a welcoming experience for all visitors
• Issue and track temporary visitor badges
• Maintain and update the site access database with accuracy
• Interpret range schedules to manage safe ingress and egress
• Respond to alarms and support site safety protocols
• Coordinate service requests and dispatch work orders to appropriate teams
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and visitors
• Assist with overlapping site operations and special assignments

• High School diploma or GED (required)
• 2+ years of experience monitoring access to a secured site (preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail
• Professional demeanor and commitment to teamwork
• Valid driver’s license

• Must pass a background check and driver’s license record check
• Ability to obtain and maintain NCICS Clearance (for federal positions)
• Commitment to confidentiality and adherence to all company and OSHA safety policies
