As part of our Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) team, you’ll join a program dedicated to promoting the health, well-being, and stability of refugees, unaccompanied children, and other eligible individuals and families through culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and strengths-based care.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE?You’ll be a Case Manager providing direct support to youth and families during one of the most critical times of their lives.

Develop and submit service plans and assessments to build comprehensive case files.

Coordinate services and advocate for youth needs to ensure safety, stability, and well-being.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ORR standards and requirements.

Collaborate closely with team members and external partners to facilitate smooth service delivery.

Maintain flexibility and readiness to work extended hours, weekends, and on-call as needed to support program goals.
You are compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to making a difference. You thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and can balance empathy with accountability.
You bring:

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Counseling, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of case management experience, preferably with children or refugee populations.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills to connect deeply with those you serve.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management tools.

Valid driver’s license and eligibility to drive for program-related services.

Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends.

Cleared background check, TB test, and (for Texas programs) drug test results.

Must be 21 years of age or older and meet company insurability standards.
