The successful candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes while partnering with leaders to identify and attract top talent.
You will combine strategic sourcing, candidate engagement, data-driven insights, and recruitment expertise to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.
This position requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
You will contribute to employer branding initiatives, talent programs, and continuous improvements that enhance the overall candidate experience.
Working closely with diverse stakeholders, you will play a key role in shaping teams and supporting business growth through effective talent strategies.
The Spécialiste, Acquisition de talents will be responsible for managing recruitment activities, advising hiring teams, and creating meaningful experiences for candidates throughout the hiring journey.
- Conduct structured interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, competencies, and overall fit for available opportunities.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, candidate assessment, background checks, offer preparation, and offer delivery.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies based on market insights.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and engagement with qualified candidates.
- Provide recommendations on candidate profiles, interview structures, and recruitment approaches to support informed hiring decisions.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and reporting data to identify improvement opportunities and optimize hiring processes.
- Guide candidates throughout the recruitment experience by understanding their motivations, communicating career opportunities, and providing support when needed.
- Promote recruitment technologies and tools to improve workflows, efficiency, and the overall hiring experience.
- Represent the organization at recruitment events and support initiatives related to employer branding, early careers, and diversity programs.
- Build strong collaborative relationships with hiring managers, candidates, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on recruitment expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex organizational environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional human resources certification is considered a strong asset.
- 2–3 years of full-cycle professional recruitment experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing multiple recruitment requests across different business areas.
- Previous recruitment experience within healthcare, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or a related industry is an asset.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition best practices.
- Experience using recruitment technologies such as Workday and Phenom is an asset.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use recruitment data to improve processes and outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders inside and outside Quebec and Canada.
