Staff Consultant, NetSuite

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Consultant, NetSuite based in Canada.

This role offers the opportunity to help organizations transform their business operations through innovative NetSuite solutions.
You will work closely with clients to understand complex business needs and translate them into effective system designs.
The position combines functional consulting, process improvement, and technology implementation within a collaborative environment.
You will contribute to end-to-end ERP projects while partnering with experienced consultants and technical teams.

Accountabilities:
  • Analyze complex business requirements and translate business processes into effective NetSuite solutions through remote or onsite client interactions.
  • Support fit/gap analysis activities to evaluate business needs, define system requirements, and contribute to solution design and execution.
  • Create wireframes, process diagrams, and supporting documentation to facilitate requirements gathering and business process discovery.
  • Collaborate with senior consultants and technical teams to implement, configure, and deploy NetSuite solutions tailored to specific industries and operational needs.
  • Work closely with development teams to support custom solution delivery and ensure alignment with client objectives.
  • Expand NetSuite expertise across different functional areas while actively pursuing certifications and professional development opportunities.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives, knowledge sharing, mentorship activities, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Maintain flexibility to support client project needs, including occasional travel and adjusted working hours when required to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of relevant consulting or industry experience, with exposure to business systems, ERP implementations, or technology consulting.
  • Hands-on experience with functional NetSuite ERP implementations, including participation in 3–5 full lifecycle engagements.
  • Ability to conduct business process mapping, requirements gathering sessions, and solution discovery discussions with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business workflows and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Interest in developing deep NetSuite product expertise and working toward advanced certifications.
  • NetSuite SuiteFoundations Certification required, with active progress toward ERP certification.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, and cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement, ownership, and delivering high-quality client outcomes.

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $90,000 to $135,000 USD, plus incentive compensation opportunities.
