Keystone Dental Partners is looking for a friendly, organized, and service-driven Patient Coordinator to join our Wauwatosa team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience while helping our practice run efficiently every day. This role centers on patient communication, scheduling, financial coordination, and front office operations.
What You'll Do- Welcome patients and create a positive first impression
- Schedule appointments and manage provider schedules
- Answer phones, emails, and patient questions with professionalism and care
- Verify insurance benefits and maintain accurate patient records
- Discuss financial responsibilities, collect payments, and support treatment acceptance
- Coordinate with providers and clinical teams to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Keep the front office organized, efficient, and patient-focused

Requirements: What We're Looking For- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous dental, medical, or customer service experience preferred
- Experience with dental practice management software preferred
- Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment presentation is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Comfortable discussing financial responsibilities and collecting payments from patients
- Professional demeanor with exceptional customer service and conflict-resolution skills
- Reliable transportation and the ability to support other KDP locations as needed
