We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support recruitment and onboarding activities across SPL’s business lines, departments, and locations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive recruiting professional to coordinate high-volume hiring activities, support candidates and hiring managers, maintain accurate recruiting records, and help deliver an organized, responsive, and professional hiring experience across a fast-paced, multi-site organization.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate recruiting activities across multiple business lines, departments, and locations
  • Manage candidate interviews from scheduling through completion, including confirmations, logistics, calendar coordination, and follow-up
  • Keep candidates and hiring managers informed regarding schedules, application status, timelines, next steps, and recruiting inquiries
  • Partner with hiring teams to obtain timely feedback, scorecards, and selection decisions
  • Post approved openings and maintain accurate requisitions, candidate records, interview documentation, dispositions, and hiring data within the applicant tracking system
  • Track candidate progression, update application statuses, and support hiring managers with system workflows and navigation
  • Audit recruiting records and prepare reports, dashboards, metrics, and talent acquisition data
  • Prepare offer letters, monitor responses, and coordinate background checks, drug screenings, education verifications, and other pre-employment requirements
  • Coordinate onboarding, including document tracking, follow-up, orientation, and first-day logistics
  • Arrange candidate travel and expense reimbursements as needed
  • Support recruiting events, employer branding, talent pipelines, presentations, communication templates, and candidate-facing materials
  • Assist with promotions, transfers, employment verifications, process improvements, and special projects
  • Safeguard confidential candidate, employee, and organizational information
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience supporting recruitment, talent acquisition, human resources, or administrative operations, preferably within high-volume or multi-site environments
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating calendars, interview scheduling, meetings, recruiting activities, or other time-sensitive processes in fast-paced settings
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and/or Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS); Paylocity experience strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of hiring practices, employment laws, recruitment recordkeeping requirements, and compliance standards
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, follow-through, professional communication, and customer service skills

Work Schedule & Travel

  • Full-time, hybrid position
  • Ability to work outside regularly scheduled hours, including evenings or weekends, when required by recruiting activities or business deadlines
  • Occasional travel may be required for recruiting activities, hiring events, training, and operational needs
