We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to help shape people strategies within a fast-growing, remote-first organization.
This role focuses on aligning HR initiatives with business objectives by improving performance management, employee engagement, compensation processes, and organizational development.
You will partner with leaders across multiple functions to translate business goals into impactful people solutions and scalable HR practices.

- Partner with leadership teams across multiple functions to align people strategies with business priorities, organizational goals, and growth objectives.
- Support and improve performance management frameworks, including job leveling, competency models, KPIs, reviews, development plans, and manager enablement.
- Coach managers on effective feedback practices, performance improvement plans, career development conversations, and inclusive decision-making.
- Support compensation processes by preparing analysis, reviewing pay structures, conducting parity checks, and ensuring fair and consistent reward decisions.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives by analyzing survey data, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting action plans that strengthen culture and retention.
- Enhance employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, internal transitions, and overall employee experience.
- Coordinate cross-functional HR initiatives by managing stakeholders, tracking progress, documenting decisions, and ensuring operational excellence.
- Improve HR operations through automation, process optimization, HRIS improvements, documentation, and scalable workflows.
- Maintain accurate HR processes, compliance documentation, and operational standards to support business growth.
- Support learning and development initiatives by creating learning paths, manager resources, coaching materials, and programs that improve employee capabilities.
- Use HR metrics and business insights to measure impact across engagement, retention, performance, onboarding effectiveness, and employee development.
- 5–8 years of HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner supporting managers and leaders in fast-paced environments.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end people processes across performance management, employee engagement, compensation, learning, and HR operations.
- Experience working in remote-first, international, or distributed teams, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different cultures and time zones.
- Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, challenge decisions constructively, and translate business needs into people solutions.
- Experience designing, improving, and scaling HR processes within growing organizations.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret people data, identify trends, and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and manage deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with HR tools, digital collaboration platforms, and operational systems such as HRIS, Notion, Asana, Monday, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with employees, managers, and senior stakeholders.
- Experience in DTC, performance marketing, technology, or high-growth environments is a plus.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership in a dynamic and evolving organization.
