Groundskeeper at PCPPC INC. – bozeman, Montana

Position Title: Housekeeper/Janitorial
Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: $18-$20/hour, bonus potential

Company Overview:
PCP is a multifamily development company focused on land acquisition, development, and long-term holdings in high-growth lifestyle markets. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of this luxury, Class A property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep the property, common areas, management office, amenity spaces and grounds clean
• Replace lightbulbs in common areas and breezeways as needed.
• Clean apartments for all vacant make-readies as requested
• Clean models and guest suite
• Clean air conditioning vents
• Clean pool area--hose down area, pick up trash, straighten chairs, etc.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Technician as requested
• Vacuum, mop, clean windows, remove trash, clean appliances and dust in all common areas.
• Stock and maintain an inventory of all cleaning products.
• Keep the exterior of community clean and free of debris.
• Assist in all other duties as assigned.

• Qualifications
• Previous experience in housekeeping/janitorial in a luxury apartment community is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• May need to assist in after-hours emergencies when necessary.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and climb stairs on a regular basis.
• Excellent customer service skills.
