We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Facility Care and Groundskeeping Associate. As a vital member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic upkeep of our facilities and grounds. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to perform physical tasks efficiently. This is a hands-on role that requires flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to maintain a welcoming environment for visitors.

• Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness, organization, and functionality of our facilities, including restrooms, break areas, and shared spaces.
• Performing janitorial duties such as mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, dusting surfaces, and emptying trash bins.
• Maintain the appearance and functionality of outdoor areas, including lawns, parking lots, walkways, and entrances.
• Regularly inspect and identify any maintenance or repair needs, promptly reporting them to the appropriate supervisor or department.
• Possibly assist in the setup and breakdown of furniture, equipment, and materials for meetings and events, and company functions.
• Seasonal plow operation
• Follow established safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Adhere to company policies and regulations regarding cleanliness, safety, and security.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Proven experience in facility maintenance, janitorial work, or groundskeeping is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

• Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques, landscaping practices, and facility maintenance procedures is an advantage.
• Ability to operate and maintain various equipment safely and proficiently.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks as required.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
