Forefront Living is looking for a Residential Sales Counselor at the community in Coppell, TX. Our mission is to come together and make each moment matter for those we serve. The Forefront Living family is looking for individuals who want to be a part of our team and help continue our mission.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Residential Sales Counselor is responsible for managing the sales process and develops positive relationships with prospective residents and their responsible parties / families to facilitate the move-in process. As a Residential Sales Counselor your duties and responsibilities are to find prospective residents for a senior living facility including independent living sales rentals and furnish them with marketing information about the residence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Present the Community to prospective residents (and their representatives) by in-person presentations, phone, personal written communications and in home visits.
Meet and exceed sales goals. (calls per day, appointments and sales)
Maintain and document activities with leads using CRM system
Responsible for meeting with prospects and their families and presenting programs and services of the Community.
Models a service attitude towards others, takes ownership in solving problems and takes the initiative to make things better, is friendly and courteous to residents and co-workers.
Communicates Forefront Livings mission through public speaking, membership, and participation in community events.
Assist with business development through partnering with outside agencies to promote the Community through public awareness, advertising opportunities, and community outreach programs.
Obtain and maintain knowledge of competitors.
Assist with development and implementation of community marketing plans
Create and provide to Supervisor daily, weekly and monthly reports
Communicate with all inquiries regarding the community, levels of care, move-in or admission process.
Complete all resident applications paperwork, including verifying financial eligibility.
Complete residency paperwork with all approved IL and AL residents
Maintain good attendance record.
Ensure resident, visitor, and co-worker safety by remaining aware of and reporting any new or existing safety hazards.
Other responsibilities as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree preferred; with a background in sales.
Minimum 3 years in Sales/Leasing, admissions, marketing, or community relations experience (AL, IL and CCRC sales experience preferred)
Experience with retirement housing or related work within the senior living industries preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to sell, lease and manage property.
Proven successful track record in sales and marketing (established portfolio of clientele)
Knowledge of marketing concepts with senior adults and an understanding of retirement community lifestyle
Excellent time management skills
Ability to build effective networking relationships.
Excellent people skills, including ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbally and in public situations.
Ability to work independently.
Genuine caring for and interest in the care of mature adults.
Leadership ability and excellent communication skills
Knowledge of assisted living regulations
Demonstrated proficiency in a variety of computer software applications and Microsoft Office
