This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Product Manager - Data Insights based in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of enterprise data products within a rapidly evolving healthcare technology environment.
You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of data insight solutions that help organizations make smarter, faster, and more impactful decisions.
The position sits at the intersection of product management, analytics, artificial intelligence, and business transformation.
You will collaborate with engineering, data, AI/ML, and business teams to turn complex datasets into accessible and actionable insights.
This role requires a strategic product leader who can drive innovation across reporting, predictive analytics, and self-service data capabilities.
Your work will directly improve operational efficiency, customer outcomes, and the way healthcare organizations leverage technology and information.

Accountabilities:

The Sr. Product Manager - Data Insights will be responsible for defining and delivering enterprise data products that enable advanced analytics, reporting, and AI-driven decision-making. This role requires ownership of the full product lifecycle, from strategy and roadmap development to execution, adoption, and continuous improvement.

  • Define and execute the product strategy for enterprise data insights leveraging modern cloud data platforms and analytics technologies.
  • Own the roadmap for enterprise reporting, data exploration, dashboards, predictive analytics, and self-service intelligence capabilities.
  • Partner with Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, and business stakeholders to transform enterprise data into meaningful insights.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business performance through advanced analytics, automation, machine learning, and AI-powered solutions.
  • Develop product requirements for predictive models supporting fraud detection, anomaly detection, forecasting, operational optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Evaluate and recommend analytics, business intelligence, and AI tools that enhance data accessibility and business value.
  • Champion AI-powered analytics capabilities, including natural language querying, generative AI, and automated insight generation.
  • Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to evaluate product adoption, effectiveness, and business impact.
  • Lead roadmap reviews, product demonstrations, advisory sessions, and stakeholder workshops.
  • Create and present business cases, strategic recommendations, and product plans to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to balance feature delivery with scalability, security, performance, and technical debt considerations.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Implementation, Support, and Client Success teams to ensure successful launches, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
  • Gather customer feedback, analyze market needs, and continuously improve products based on business and user requirements.
  • Ensure products meet accessibility and usability standards for healthcare professionals, caregivers, and end users.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced product professional with a strong background in healthcare technology, SaaS platforms, data products, and analytics solutions. They should combine strategic thinking, technical understanding, and strong stakeholder management skills to deliver impactful enterprise products.

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within healthcare IT or SaaS environments, with experience across strategic and tactical product initiatives.
  • 3+ years of experience working with home health, home care, or related healthcare solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, pricing strategies, customer management, and product lifecycle management.
  • Proven experience developing product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives, and managing complex stakeholder needs.
  • Experience with customer journey mapping, Voice of Customer (VoC) analysis, and translating feedback into product improvements.
  • Ability to leverage analytics and data insights to guide product decisions and business strategies.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise data platforms, analytics solutions, BI tools, and AI-driven product capabilities.
  • Experience with tools such as Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, Sigma, ThoughtSpot, dbt, Databricks, or similar technologies is preferred.
  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts, predictive analytics, and generative AI applications.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to influence teams across engineering, sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Experience with Agile product development methodologies; Agile/Scrum certification or formal training is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Aha!, or similar product management tools.
  • Understanding of API integrations, web application frameworks, databases, and technical architecture concepts.
  • Experience collaborating with distributed teams, including offshore engineering or business analyst teams.
  • Ability to travel approximately 10-25%, including occasional overnight travel.
