Paid Media Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Paid Media Specialist based in Brazil.

This is an exciting opportunity for a performance-driven digital marketing professional to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple high-impact client accounts. In this role, you will collaborate closely with marketing strategists, project teams, and technical specialists to develop data-driven campaigns that deliver measurable business growth. You will play a key role in budget management, performance analysis, campaign optimization, and strategic planning across major advertising platforms. The position offers exposure to a diverse portfolio of clients, allowing you to work on innovative digital marketing initiatives while continuously expanding your expertise. For experienced professionals, there may also be opportunities to mentor team members and contribute to the development of paid media best practices. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, and results-oriented remote environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, including Search, Display, YouTube, and Local campaigns.
  • Manage advertising initiatives on Facebook and Instagram to drive engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing advisors, developers, designers, and project managers to align campaign strategies with business objectives.
  • Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and performance to maximize return on investment and achieve client goals.
  • Analyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Create compelling ad copy and support the development of visual assets for digital advertising campaigns.
  • Implement and manage tracking solutions, including conversion tracking, analytics configurations, and tag management systems.
  • Stay informed about platform updates, industry trends, and emerging opportunities within the paid media landscape.
  • Contribute to process improvements and strategic initiatives that enhance campaign performance and operational efficiency.
  • Support and mentor junior team members in campaign management and optimization activities when applicable.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing paid media campaigns, with flexibility for candidates who can demonstrate exceptional results through a strong portfolio.
  • Proven success planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and digital analytics and reporting platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience managing campaign budgets and optimizing advertising spend to achieve business objectives.
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as ClickUp, Slack, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and marketing attribution frameworks.
  • Portfolio showcasing campaign performance, measurable outcomes, and strategic contributions.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or supporting paid media professionals is considered an advantage.
  • Knowledge of marketing platforms such as HubSpot, CallRail, and advanced attribution systems is a plus.
  • Basic English proficiency is required, with the ability to work effectively within an international team environment.
