The position requires strong analytical thinking, structured management capabilities, and the ability to operate in dynamic, multi-project environments. You will contribute directly to strategic planning, KPI tracking, and portfolio optimization while ensuring quality, cost, and timeline adherence. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and oriented toward continuous improvement and measurable results.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution and closure, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, budget, quality, and risk controls.
  • Oversee project portfolio governance, prioritization, and strategic alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and executive reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead agile and traditional project methodologies, facilitating ceremonies, planning sessions, and delivery follow-ups.
  • Act as the main interface between clients, sponsors, technical teams, and executive stakeholders.
  • Support roadmap definition, OKRs, and strategic planning activities for the project management area.
  • Ensure contractual, technical, regulatory, and commercial compliance across all project deliverables.
  • Drive governance, process structuring, and continuous improvement initiatives within the project management framework.
  • Conduct meetings with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency across all project stages.
  • Coordinate travel activities when required for national and international engagements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or in similar leadership roles within complex environments.
  • Strong background in technology, software development, infrastructure, or digital transformation projects.
  • Solid knowledge of agile and traditional methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK, SAFe, or equivalent).
  • Experience in portfolio management, prioritization, and strategic project governance.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking, dashboards, and executive reporting.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Azure DevOps, or MS Project.
  • Ability to structure processes, controls, and governance frameworks effectively.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced English and Spanish are required for international project coordination and meetings.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or SAFe are considered a plus.
  • Experience in consulting, large-scale corporate environments, or transformation programs is an advantage.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package aligned with senior-level responsibilities.
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact, strategic, and complex transformation projects.
  • Exposure to international clients and multicultural project environments.
  • Professional development opportunities, including certifications and continuous learning support.
  • Collaborative and dynamic work environment with executive-level visibility.
  • Career growth opportunities within project and portfolio management leadership tracks.
  • Potential for travel, including national and international assignments.
