Accountabilities:

Configure and implement operational, accounting, and financial reconciliation use cases according to solution design specifications.
Deliver implementation projects efficiently while meeting established timelines, quality standards, and project scope requirements.
Execute assigned project planning activities and communicate any deviations or risks to project stakeholders when necessary.
Ensure the stabilization and proper functionality of implementation logic and reconciliation workflows.
Create and maintain supporting documentation for implemented processes and technical configurations.
Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and align solutions with best practices and operational goals.
Conduct delivery handovers and validate completed implementations with end users and client teams.
Work cross-functionally with internal departments and customer-facing teams to ensure seamless implementation experiences.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, scalability, and optimization during implementation cycles.
Support clients throughout the onboarding and configuration process with strong communication and problem-solving capabilities.

Requirements:

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related fields is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis, reconciliations, or related operational finance roles.
Strong knowledge of Excel at an intermediate or advanced level.
Experience with reconciliation processes and financial operations.
Familiarity with SQL and database logic is considered a plus.
Strong analytical and mathematical reasoning skills with the ability to solve complex problems effectively.
Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into scalable implementation solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in remote and fast-paced environments.
Experience in startup environments is considered advantageous.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or VB is a plus.
Strong adaptability and eagerness to learn new systems, processes, and technologies.
