Implementation Specialist - BR

Accountabilities:
  • Configure and implement operational, accounting, and financial reconciliation use cases according to solution design specifications.
  • Deliver implementation projects efficiently while meeting established timelines, quality standards, and project scope requirements.
  • Execute assigned project planning activities and communicate any deviations or risks to project stakeholders when necessary.
  • Ensure the stabilization and proper functionality of implementation logic and reconciliation workflows.
  • Create and maintain supporting documentation for implemented processes and technical configurations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and align solutions with best practices and operational goals.
  • Conduct delivery handovers and validate completed implementations with end users and client teams.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal departments and customer-facing teams to ensure seamless implementation experiences.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, scalability, and optimization during implementation cycles.
  • Support clients throughout the onboarding and configuration process with strong communication and problem-solving capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related fields is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis, reconciliations, or related operational finance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel at an intermediate or advanced level.
  • Experience with reconciliation processes and financial operations.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database logic is considered a plus.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical reasoning skills with the ability to solve complex problems effectively.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into scalable implementation solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in remote and fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in startup environments is considered advantageous.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or VB is a plus.
  • Strong adaptability and eagerness to learn new systems, processes, and technologies.
