What You’ll Do

This role combines communication, organization, and leadership development in a dynamic, people-centered environment. Each day, you’ll play an important role in helping members understand their benefits and make informed decisions for their families.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Managing inbound and outbound calls with members who have requested information about their benefits.

  • Scheduling and conducting virtual or phone-based consultations to explain available programs.

  • Presenting benefit options clearly, professionally, and with empathy.

  • Using basic computer and data-entry skills to complete digital forms and maintain accurate client records.

  • Ensuring all paperwork, compliance, and quality control standards are met.

  • Participating in ongoing leadership and professional development designed to help you grow within the organization.

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong communication skills, especially over the phone and in virtual meetings.

  • A positive, motivated, and professional demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.

  • Ability to build rapport quickly and work effectively with both individuals and teams.

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or client-facing roles is an asset, though not required.

  • Comfortable collaborating with management, colleagues, and clients in a remote setting.

  • Team-oriented, dependable, and self-driven with strong follow-through.

  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States or Canada.
