What You’ll Do
As a Business Analyst at reSolved, you’ll be the bridge between business needs and technology solutions. Ideally you have 3-5 year of experience as a Business Analyst being in front of clients and enabling them to share pain points, their processes, and their hopes for what the new system will do for their mission and strategy. You will collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements, create process maps, and work with our Solution Architecture team to design optimized solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a knack for asking the right questions, and a focus on delivering practical, effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
You’ll work closely with clients, project teams, and developers to ensure that every project is driven by clear objectives, well-defined requirements, and a deep understanding of user needs.
- Lead client workshops – understand and document business processes and requirements.
- Develop process maps and workflows – visualize operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle – ensure alignment with project goals and evolving needs.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) – support clients in validating and optimizing solutions.
- Identify and mitigate risks – proactively address challenges with strategic solutions.
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who can blend analytical thinking with creativity, curiosity, and a knack for problem-solving.
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement, preferably in IT or software implementation.
- Experience with Agile methodologies – comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments.
- Strong skills in process mapping, gap analysis, and requirement documentation.
- Excellent communication and facilitation abilities – you translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
- Familiarity with project tools (e.g., Jira, Wrike) and business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) is a plus.
