What You'll Be Doing

As Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the overall success of the location while ensuring customers receive exceptional service and employees have the support they need to succeed. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing leadership, coaching, and support to branch employees and department managers
  • Driving sales growth and identifying new business opportunities within the territory
  • Building strong relationships with customers and ensuring an outstanding customer experience
  • Managing branch operations, inventory levels, equipment transfers, and overall efficiency
  • Monitoring financial performance, budgets, expenses, and profitability
  • Supporting employee development through training, mentorship, and succession planning
  • Reviewing sales agreements, contracts, trade values, and equipment orders
  • Collaborating with sales, service, parts, and operations teams to achieve branch goals
  • Maintaining a safe, organized, and professional facility environment
  • Overseeing facility maintenance, vendor relationships, and regulatory compliance
  • Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Participating in community events, industry activities, and customer engagement initiatives
What Makes You a Great Fit

You're a strong leader who enjoys developing people, solving problems, and creating an environment where employees and customers can succeed.

  • 5–8 years of leadership experience in sales, operations, or branch management
  • Experience leading teams and driving business performance
  • Strong understanding of agriculture, construction, equipment, or related industries
  • Proven success in sales growth, customer relationship management, and business development
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with technology, business systems, and Microsoft 365
  • Self-motivated with the ability to balance strategic planning and day-to-day operations
  • Commitment to customer service excellence and continuous improvement
