The Position
The Director of Operations will drive the execution and scalability of the global Professional Services operations. This role leads the Operations Center of Excellence which is responsible for tooling, resource planning, revenue forecasting, and project tracking to support a growing services organization. Working closely with the SVP of Operations and the VP of Delivery, the Director of Operations ensures visibility into performance metrics, streamlines process workflows, and plays a key role in strategic decision-making through automation, the use of AI, reporting, and data analysis. This role is critical to building operational maturity and supporting the company’s scaling objectives. This role will work cross functionally with our Finance and Revenue teams to ensure timely visibility into sales opportunities and execution of financial close reporting, with a keen focus on the organization’s key performance indicators.
What you will do:
Own the end-to-end project intake process, ensuring new opportunities are logged, scoped, and resourced accurately
Maintain and improve revenue forecasting systems, analyzing upcoming work and resource allocation
Monitor productivity, billability, and zero-dollar activity across project teams using dashboards and tooling
Shape the long-term operations roadmap in partnership with the SVP of Operations, identifying systems and workflows that scale with growth
Lead and support monthly close activities including engineering time tracking, timesheet compliance, and reporting to finance
Administer and improve usage of core tooling (Kantata, Jira, Guru), including access management and documentation
Produce and deliver leadership reporting and org-wide operational insights
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency
Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, and Finance to align on pipeline, resourcing, and project timelines
Mentor and oversee Operations Analysts responsible for data entry, tool access, and intake follow-ups
Contribute to project management, tracking timelines and status for operational and tooling initiatives within the org
What you will bring to the role:
7+ years experience in an operations, program management, or strategic support role
Strong working knowledge of project delivery and resourcing in a SaaS environment
Proficiency with Kantata or similar PSA tools, Jira and Excel
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to turn data into insights and operational decisions
Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
