  • Leadership & Accountability: Lead, coach, and manage a finance team using daily/weekly/quarterly KPIs and FMDS dashboards.

  • Process Improvement & Systems: Streamline workflows, transition consolidation processes from Excel to ERP systems, and document standard work.

  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate across supply chain, manufacturing, and executive teams to align financial objectives with plant operations.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Technical & ERP Skills: Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (Microsoft Business Central, NetSuite, etc.) and Excel, with experience in reporting automation or BI tools.

  • Industry Knowledge: Hands-on experience with global/multi-channel operations, landed costs, tariffs, duties, and foreign transactions.

  • Operational Expertise: Proven ability to manage geographically dispersed or outsourced teams, establish KPIs, and lead change management or process automation initiatives.
