This is not a metrics-driven or commission-based role—we prioritize quality over quantity, and we’re looking for someone who is passionate about finding the right people to support our commitment to delivering world-class integrative care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, revise, and maintain job descriptions across all departments and affiliated entities.

  • Facilitate new hire orientation, including paperwork, training schedules, software access, and office tours.

  • Maintain up-to-date and organized physical and digital personnel files.

  • Ensure new hires understand and adhere to company policies and handbook procedures.

  • Support various HR projects and assist with department initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

  • Prior recruiting experience required; healthcare recruiting strongly preferred.

  • Experience with JazzHR and Ceridian Dayforce is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong administrative, organizational, and time-management abilities.

  • High level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, email, communication platforms).

  • Ability to multitask, stay detail-oriented, and meet tight deadlines.

  • Team player with a collaborative attitude and a commitment to discretion and professionalism.

Additional Information:
  • This is an on-site position based at our North Scottsdale headquarters.

  • Final offer of employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
