Treehouse Pediatric Therapy is a health care company founded in 2012 and currently in a growth phase with two locations in Woodridge and Batavia and employs just under a team of 50. Treehouse serves children ages 0 through 18 through their physical, occupational, speech, ABA, feeding, nutrition and pelvic floor therapy teams.

The Business Associate (BA) will work directly for the CEO. The ideal BA is an energetic, confident, data-driven, hard-working, independent, positive-minded person that will work directly with the CEO to grow and manage the clinical and school business lines through interaction with the remaining senior staff, completing data analysis to measure the business, and assist the CEO in the day-to-day operations of the business. Every day will be a challenge and bring with it reward and satisfaction at the end of the day.

The daily experiences include exposure to marketing the business, noticing and adapting to changes in the competitive landscape, managing the CEO's schedule, data gathering to measure clinical performance and other entrepreneurial activities.

4-year degree preferably in business

No previous experience

Can communicate well in written form

Can work in a demanding, fast paced environment
