Staffing Specialist
Pay Rate: $18.56/hour
Location: Orlando, FL

Job Purpose: As a Staffing Specialist at Aspire Health Partners, you will be responsible for day-to-day functions involving recruiting processes and systems.
Job Functions:
- Recruitment & Sourcing
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, job requirements, and candidate profiles.
- Create and post job advertisements across job boards, social media, and internal platforms.
- Source candidates using databases, networking, referrals, and recruitment tools.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records.
- Interview Coordination & Selection
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare interview materials and guides to ensure a consistent process.
- Gather and document interview feedback.
- Assist in candidate selection decisions and provide recommendations.
- Offer Management
- Prepare and extend job offers in alignment with organizational policies.
- Negotiate compensation packages within approved guidelines.
- Communicate offer details and respond to candidate inquiries.
- Onboarding & Pre-Employment
- Coordinate pre-employment processes such as background checks, drug screenings, and employment verification.
- Ensure completion of new hire documentation and compliance requirements.
- Prepare onboarding materials and schedules for new employees.
- Facilitate orientation sessions and introduce company policies, procedures, and culture.
- Employee Integration & Support
- Serve as a point of contact for new hires during onboarding.
- Monitor onboarding progress to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to support employee engagement and retention.
- Process Improvement & Compliance
- Maintain compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.) and identify improvements. - Continuously enhance recruitment and onboarding processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

- Most importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to agency policies and procedures.
Position qualifications: Ability to receive and maintain a(n)

- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver’s license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by Aspire insurance company as described in the AHP Corporate Transportation Policy 3.9.1
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
