Job Description

Position Summary

CREO Group is seeking a motivated and people-focused Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR operations within our fast-paced manufacturing environment in Kissimmee, FL. This role will partner closely with operations leadership and team members to support employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, engagement initiatives, performance management, HR administration, and policy execution.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, approachable, adaptable, and capable of balancing administrative responsibilities with hands-on support across the facility. Essential ResponsibilitiesEmployee Relations & Team Member Support
  • Serve as a point of contact for team member questions regarding policies, procedures, benefits, attendance, payroll, and workplace concerns.
  • Support employee relations matters by gathering information, documenting conversations, and partnering with HR leadership on appropriate next steps.
  • Assist in maintaining a positive work environment through visibility on the production floor and proactive communication with team members and supervisors.
  • Support investigations related to attendance, conduct, workplace concerns, and policy violations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Coordinate recruiting activities including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and onboarding logistics.
  • Conduct new hire orientation and support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Partner with hiring managers to support staffing needs and maintain timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate onboarding and personnel documentation in HR systems and employee files.
HR Administration & Compliance
  • Maintain HR records, personnel files, and documentation in accordance with company standards and employment laws.
  • Assist with compliance initiatives related to federal, state, and local employment regulations.
  • Support leave administration processes including FMLA, ADA accommodations, workers’ compensation, and other employee leave matters.
  • Assist with policy communication, acknowledgements, corrective action documentation, and HR reporting.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
Payroll, Benefits & HR Systems
  • Support payroll and timekeeping processes through ADP, including timecard reviews, attendance tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Assist team members with benefit enrollment questions, HRIS navigation, and employee self-service support.
  • Maintain accurate employee information within HR systems.
Engagement & Culture
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, wellness activities, training coordination, and company events.
  • Support communication efforts including announcements, postings, and employee-facing materials.
  • Promote a culture centered around safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience required, preferably within a manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environment.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and HR administration.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS systems; ADP experience preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
  • Ability to work onsite within a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to walk the production floor regularly and engage with team members across all shifts as needed.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm
