Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

God Restoring Order (GRO) Community is a mental healthcare provider that specializes in trauma recovery services for males of color ages 5 and up. GRO services are grounded in an understanding of the neurological, biological and psychological effects of trauma. GRO services include mental health and wellness, stress management, and community outreach.

Position Summary:

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic human resources leader responsible for developing and managing workforce partnerships, talent acquisition initiatives, workforce planning strategies, and talent management programs across multiple locations and business units. This role acts as a liaison between the organization, community partners, educational institutions, workforce development agencies, and operational leadership teams to build sustainable talent pipelines and support organizational growth.

The HRBP partners closely with leadership to identify workforce needs, develop recruitment strategies, strengthen employer branding, enhance employee retention efforts, and create pathways for employee growth and advancement. This position combines strategic workforce planning with hands-on HR support to ensure the organization attracts, develops, and retains high-performing talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Workforce Planning & Strategic Partnerships

? Lead workforce planning initiatives to identify current and future staffing needs across assigned regions and departments.

? Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with colleges, universities, workforce development organizations, community agencies, trade schools, professional associations, and industry groups.

? Represent the organization at networking events, career fairs, workforce development meetings, and community engagement opportunities.

? Establish internship, practicum, apprenticeship, fellowship, and workforce development programs to support talent pipeline growth.

? Collaborate with leadership to create staffing strategies aligned with organizational goals and expansion efforts.

? Monitor labor market trends, workforce demographics, and recruitment challenges to develop proactive solutions.

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Strategy

? Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and workforce solutions.

? Evaluate recruitment metrics and hiring trends to improve sourcing effectiveness and hiring outcomes.

? Support hard-to-fill positions through targeted recruitment campaigns and workforce outreach initiatives.

? Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.

? Strengthen employer branding efforts through community engagement, workforce partnerships, and recruitment marketing.

? Serve as a strategic advisor to leaders throughout the recruitment and selection process.

Talent Management & Employee Development

? Partner with leadership to identify talent gaps and succession planning opportunities.

? Support employee development, career pathway planning, and leadership development initiatives.

? Assist in designing and implementing talent management programs that promote retention and internal mobility.

? Facilitate workforce development initiatives focused on employee growth, engagement, and advancement.

? Collaborate with HR leadership to identify high-potential employees and create development opportunities.

? Support performance management processes and employee development planning.

HR Operations & Compliance

? Ensure HR practices align with federal, state, and local employment regulations.

? Analyze workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

? Assist with special projects, organizational initiatives, and expansion efforts.

Travel & Community Engagement

? Travel to assigned locations to support workforce initiatives, recruitment activities, and leadership teams.

? Attend community events, workforce development meetings, educational partnerships, and hiring events.

? Conduct on-site workforce assessments and meet with operational leaders regarding staffing needs.

? Serve as an ambassador for the organization within the community and professional networks.

Work Setting:

This position operates in a hybrid and field-based environment requiring regular travel to organizational sites, community organizations, educational institutions, workforce development partners, and recruitment events including some out of state non local travel.

The ideal candidate is highly relationship-driven, strategic, and passionate about building sustainable workforce solutions that support long-term organizational success.

Qualifications:

Education

? Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Public Administration, or related field required.

? Master's Degree preferred.

Experience

? Minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.

? Minimum of 3 years in workforce planning, talent acquisition, HR business partnering, talent management, or related strategic HR functions.

? Experience developing community partnerships, educational partnerships, or workforce development initiatives preferred.

? Experience supporting multi-site or multi-state operations preferred.
