We are seeking a hands-on, business-focused HR Director to lead our HR function. This role requires strong experience in multi-state HR compliance, self-funded benefits, and strategic partnership with leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic HR Direction: Partner with leaders on organizational growth.
• Benefits Strategy: Manage Self-funded benefit plans and implement cost-control strategies.
• Policy & Compliance: Ensure multi-state compliance and provide guidance on employee relations matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field required; advanced degree or certification preferred.
• Senior-level HR leadership experience.
• Strong background in multi-state HR compliance and self-funded benefits.
• Business-minded, hands-on leader with strong communication and judgment.
