Who We Are:

At Weaver Popcorn Manufacturing, every role contributes to delivering products that people know and enjoy. From our roots in popcorn to our growing portfolio of snack products, we're committed to producing quality products while creating meaningful career opportunities for our employees.

We're a company built on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. As we continue to grow, we're looking for people who want to be part of a fast-moving operation where their contributions make a difference every day.

If you enjoy staying active, working with a team, and playing an important role in keeping operations running smoothly, Weaver may be the place for you.

Position Overview:

As a Logistics & Inventory Coordinator, you'll help ensure the right materials are in the right place at the right time. Your work directly supports both production and warehouse operations by maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating material movement, and helping products flow efficiently throughout the facility.

This position combines equipment operation, inventory management, and teamwork. You'll spend your day supporting production needs, organizing inventory, and helping maintain efficient warehouse operations while upholding safety and quality standards.

In this role, you will:

  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently
  • Transport raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods throughout the facility
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions
  • Utilize AS400 and inventory systems to maintain accurate records
  • Load, unload, stage, and organize products according to operational requirements
  • Conduct routine quality and inventory verification checks
  • Support FIFO inventory practices to ensure proper product rotation
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse areas
  • Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to support daily business needs

This is a hands-on role where you'll stay engaged throughout your shift while helping ensure products move efficiently from receiving to production to shipment.

A Typical Day Might Include:

Your day begins by reviewing inventory priorities, production requirements, and shipment schedules with the team.

Throughout the shift, you'll move materials to support production, receive incoming deliveries, stage outbound shipments, and complete inventory transactions within the AS400 system.

You'll work closely with teammates across departments to maintain inventory accuracy, support production schedules, and help ensure customer orders are prepared and shipped on time.

No two days are exactly alike, providing opportunities to stay active, solve problems, and contribute to the success of the operation.

What We’re Looking For:

We're seeking dependable team members who are motivated, safety-conscious, and committed to doing quality work.

Experience is helpful, but we also value individuals who are eager to learn, take initiative, and bring a strong work ethic to the team.

You'll be successful in this role if you:

  • Prioritize safety in everything you do
  • Stay organized and pay close attention to detail
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate well with others
  • Adapt to changing priorities throughout the day
  • Take ownership of your responsibilities and follow through

What We Offer:

At Weaver, we believe great work deserves great rewards. Our benefits are designed to support you both on and off the job:

  • Starting pay of $20/hour
  • Pay increases: +$0.50 after 90 days and +$0.50 after 6 months
  • 2-2-3 schedule (just 7 working days every two weeks)
  • 3 weeks of paid time off in your first year
  • Health, dental, vision, and life insurance (eligible after 30 days)
  • 401(k) with up to a 10% company match
  • Tuition reimbursement opportunities
  • Early access to earned wages before payday
