Summary
The Customer Service Manager under the direct supervision of the Director of Customer Experience, shall have responsibility for overseeing incoming phone calls and responding to patient inquiries regarding products, shipments, service, deliveries, and complaints.
Essential Functions:
  • Supervise and manage a team of 10 to 20 employees
  • Monitor daily production and work with employees to maximize performance
  • Meet with employees on a weekly basis as one on one
  • Manage timecards, PTO, and coordinating work schedules
  • Monitor staffing and proactively hire to maintain staffing levels
  • Understand and maintain policy and procedure

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher required
  • Previous management experience required
