Job Description

What the successful candidate will bring to this position:
- Reporting to the Associate Chief Medical Officer and Chief Medical Officer, the physician in this role will
- Provide leadership to specified service line practices and practice site Medical Directors
- Building talent by coaching and developing Practice Site or Department Medical Directors
- Assisting with provider recruitment
- Brainstorming/creating novel strategies for provider retention
- Partner with Operational leaders on the implementation of strategic initiatives
- Driving execution with practices to move organization strategic goals forward
- Facilitate change within practices to align with evidence-based best practices to improve quality of care and patient experience
- Provide leadership to specified service line practices and practice site Medical Directors
- The Director - Physician Service Line will spend approximately one day per week in the Director Physician Service Line role. The day of the week will be determined by the Service Line Director Team, Associate Medical Officer and Chief Medical Officer
- Compensation for this position will be calculated by CRH Compensation and Provider Compensation
What the successful candidate will bring to this position:
- Medical staff in good standing without documented performance or behavioral concerns
- Five years or more of post-training clinical experience within the specified service lines of Primary Care, Acute Care, Medical Specialties, Procedural
- Require prior or current physician leadership position
- Medical degree (MD/DO)
- Additional physician leadership training preferred but not required
- Candidates do not have to be employed by CRHP, however, must be credentialed through CRHP/CRH
