Job Description
We are seeking an SAP Analyst FICO in our Broomfield, CO, or Brooklyn Park, MN, Locations.
The SAP Analyst FICO will be a part of our IT Applications team and will be responsible for the support, configuration, administration, and continuous improvement of our SAP S/4HANA ERP platform, with primary responsibility for the Finance and Controlling modules and related integrations supporting global finance and accounting operations.
As the SAP Analyst FICO, you will work with internal SAP resources, external partners, Finance and Accounting stakeholders, and other business teams to deliver enhancements, support business operations and improve SAP Finance capabilities.

- Lead the implementation, support, and continuous improvement of SAP Finance and Controlling capabilities, working closely with the internal SAP team, external partners, and business stakeholders.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, evaluate solutions, and translate business needs into scalable SAP designs and configurations.
- Own the delivery of SAP FI/CO configuration and project workstreams, including requirements gathering, developing functional specifications, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Plan, execute, and document functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing for system changes.
- Maintain functional documentation, configuration records, test evidence, support procedures, training materials, and business-process documentation.
- Provide subject matter expertise, user guidance, and training for Finance, Accounting, and other business stakeholders on SAP Finance and Controlling processes and capabilities.
- Identify and drive opportunities to simplify processes, improve financial controls, increase automation, and strengthen the reliability of financial data and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree minimum
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting and configuring SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling solutions
- Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status
- Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting SAP FI capabilities such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and financial close.
- Experience supporting SAP CO capabilities such as cost center accounting, profit center accounting, and profitability analysis.
- Experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into SAP functional designs and configuration.
- Working knowledge of the integration between FI/CO and other SAP modules.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Active SAP certifications in SAP S/4HANA Finance, Management Accounting, or other relevant areas of the platform.
- Solid understanding of additional SAP modules and capabilities, including MM, SD, PP, PS, EAM, Treasury, and Security.
- Experience with FP&A Reporting, bank management, and foreign currency support.
- Experience with issue investigation, production support, change management, testing, and deployment of SAP changes.
- Understanding of financial accounting principles, management accounting concepts, and internal controls.
- Experience with Workday Adaptive reporting.
- MBA or CPA
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- An ownership mentality and a strong commitment to resolving issues and improving business processes.
Compensation & Benefits:
The pay range for this role is $89,000 – $120,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range may vary based on the candidate’s skills, educational background, professional experience, and unique qualifications for the role.
