Food & Beverage Reservationist in New Orleans, Louisiana at The Windsor Court

The Windsor Court seeks a friendly and efficient Food and Beverage Reservationist to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Reservationist, you will answer multiple calls during the day and handle all Food and Beverage reservations professionally and courteously. You will also optimize F&B revenue according to Windsor Court standards.

Responsibilities:

- Answering multiple calls during the day and handling all Food and Beverage reservations in a friendly and efficient manner

- Optimizing F&B revenue according to hotel standards

- Participating in F&B meetings when needed

- Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service

- Maintaining accurate records of reservations and customer information

- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

- Being available to work weekends

- High School diploma and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.

- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly

- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.

- Previous experience in a customer service role required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Must be able to show initiative in job performance including anticipating what needs to be done before it becomes a necessity.

- Must routinely meet deadlines.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Must be effective at listening to understanding and clarifying the concerns and issues raised by co-workers and guests.

- Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data and basic arithmetic functions.

- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
