Thorough knowledge and execution of Customer Service, Product Quality, Safety and Sanitation and Maintenance policies and procedures are crucial, as well as cash and people management. An Assistant Manager will learn everything a manager does, and with excellent execution there will be opportunities for advancement within the brand.

You may also receive cross-training in order taking, sometime delivery as needed, pizza making and more, expanding on skills that will take you a long way in the pizza business. It would be plus to do delivery sometime as needed and having the smart phone.
