- Collaborate with operations teams to align sales commitments with execution capabilities
- Analyze client portfolios to recommend large-scale refresh and modernization strategies

This role requires a highly experienced business development professional with a strong track record in large-scale construction, facilities, or commercial services sales. You are a strategic hunter capable of managing long sales cycles and complex stakeholder environments while consistently closing high-value enterprise deals.

- Proven success closing $1M+ contracts or large-scale national accounts
- Strong understanding of remodels, rollouts, or facility renovation projects
- Ability to navigate complex, long-cycle enterprise sales processes (6–18 months)
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders
- Ability to read project scopes, floor plans, or construction documentation (asset)
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Strong financial acumen, including ROI, margin, and proposal structuring
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for client engagement and site visits
- Competitive base salary with uncapped commission structure
- High earning potential tied to large-scale project wins
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical coverage and 401(k)
- Opportunity to lead national-level enterprise accounts and projects
- Exposure to major brands across retail, healthcare, and commercial real estate
- Strong career growth within a high-performance, expansion-focused environment
- Travel opportunities across North America for client engagement and site visits
- Performance-driven culture focused on ownership, execution, and results
