This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Gerente de Projetos (Implantação de Software) based in Brazil.
This role is focused on leading end-to-end software implementation projects that directly impact the digital transformation of organizations across multiple sectors.
You will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of complex projects, from planning and scoping to execution and final deployment.
The position requires strong coordination across multidisciplinary teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to guarantee alignment and high-quality outcomes.
You will manage timelines, budgets, risks, and resources while ensuring smooth communication and expectation management throughout the project lifecycle.

You will play a key role in delivering solutions that improve operational efficiency and drive meaningful impact for end users at scale.
- Lead end-to-end software implementation projects, from initiation and planning through execution, delivery, and closure.
- Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, scope, risks, and quality indicators.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and allocate resources according to project demands and priorities.
- Manage stakeholder communication, including internal teams and external clients, ensuring alignment of expectations and deliverables.
- Oversee multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring consistent progress tracking and delivery control.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while managing change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate project status and performance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices and governance processes.
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience in end-to-end project management, especially software implementation or ERP projects.
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (predictive and agile frameworks).
- Experience managing budgets, scope, timelines, and cross-functional resources.
- Familiarity with project management tools and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong understanding of IT fundamentals and software deployment processes.
- Experience managing risks, changes, and stakeholder expectations in complex projects.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Nice to have: PMO experience, certifications (PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master), experience with Lyceum, background in education sector, knowledge of digital transformation, and advanced English.
