This role sits at the intersection of healthcare services, pharmaceutical program delivery, and client operations, supporting complex patient and provider assistance programs. You will help coordinate and oversee assigned territories and case management activities, ensuring smooth execution of ongoing projects and strict adherence to protocols. Acting as a key operational support to program leadership, you will contribute to monitoring performance, improving processes, and maintaining data accuracy across systems. The position involves frequent interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders, requiring strong communication and organizational discipline. You will also play a role in training support, documentation quality, and client reporting activities. This is a high-impact coordination role where precision, accountability, and adaptability directly influence service quality and patient outcomes.
In this role, you will support the operational execution and coordination of healthcare and pharmaceutical support programs while ensuring consistency, compliance, and service excellence.
- Maintain assigned territory case management responsibilities and ensure continuous oversight of designated programs
- Monitor ongoing projects and ensure strict adherence to operational protocols and compliance standards
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation across electronic and paper-based case files
- Maintain data integrity within program databases and ensure information accuracy at all times
- Conduct and support client-related communications, including phone interactions with attention to quality and professionalism
- Participate in client consultations and working sessions alongside program leadership
- Assist in identifying training needs and support refresher training initiatives in collaboration with management
- Contribute to onboarding and training of new team members as part of the hiring support process
- Identify opportunities for improvements in databases, workflows, protocols, and operational processes
- Provide backup support to the program manager and assist with client reporting activities
- Ensure timely reporting of adverse events to the appropriate internal departments
- Perform additional duties as required to support program operations
The ideal candidate brings healthcare industry experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated, detail-oriented environment.
- Post-secondary education in a related field; nursing license (RN/RPN) considered an asset
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology environments
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical distribution or healthcare program operations is an asset
- Demonstrated project coordination or project management experience considered an advantage
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Competitive salary range: 64,300 CAD – 99,000 CAD annually
