The Richman Group and Richman Asset Management, Inc. are currently seeking a full-time Project Manager to join our team in our Greenwich CT office. Are you a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Project Manager with a can-do attitude? If so, we want you on our team!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Project Manager will work as part of the Asset Management team to achieve the departmental goals. They will report directly to the President and Director of Real Estate Operations of RAM, Inc. and will also be instructed to perform various tasks from the entire RAM team.
- Oversee quarterly and year-end reporting process which includes preparation of internal database and custom reports
- Posting quarterly reports to various investor portals
- Complete miscellaneous investor requests
- Manage data entry into the internal database
- Manage monthly occupancy reporting
- Minimum distribution process – sending invoices, tracking checks
- Administration of various internal file protocols
- Monitoring of liability and property insurance coverage through Insurance Advisors (IA)
- Monitor department’s Paid Time Off (PTO) tracking sheet
- Processing department invoices in partnership with the accounting department
- Facilitate the year-end process
- Collection of guarantor financials
- Maintenance of investor portal
- Organization and scheduling of RAM trainings and events
- Oversee collection of various property data including tax information
- Coordinate the conference events.
- Collection and maintenance of various annual investor reporting requirements
- Miscellaneous project requests as needed
Education: Bachelor’s degree from accredited university (3.0+ GPA).
Skills & Requirements: :
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite,
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong work ethic
- Hands on, adaptable and capable of self-management.
- Communicative with excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills
- Adept at using computer and project management applications.
- Ability to handle high volume of transactions and meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
