This role plays a key part in driving high-volume recruitment processes within a fast-paced retail and consumer-focused environment. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent across multiple business channels, ensuring the right fit between candidates and organizational culture. The position combines hands-on recruitment execution with data-driven insights, allowing you to influence hiring strategies and improve selection processes. You will manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for mass hiring demands while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and business leaders. The environment is dynamic, highly collaborative, and focused on continuous improvement in talent acquisition practices. - Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume hiring across retail channels, ensuring timely and quality candidate delivery.
- Support talent acquisition projects and initiatives aligned with broader organizational recruitment strategies.
- Conduct active sourcing, screening, and interviews to identify candidates aligned with cultural and role-specific requirements.
- Analyze recruitment data and dashboards to generate insights and improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor market trends and talent pools to inform sourcing strategies and anticipate hiring needs.
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to ensure alignment on profiles, processes, and hiring priorities.
- Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
- Completed higher education degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- Proven experience in recruitment and selection, especially in retail or high-volume hiring environments.
- Hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes with multiple simultaneous vacancies.
- Strong autonomy, proactivity, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-demand settings.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and generate actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
- Availability to reside in Curitiba for occasional in-person recruitment activities.
