The Talent Sourcing Specialist is responsible for proactively identifying, attracting, and engaging qualified healthcare professionals through strategic sourcing, relationship building, and talent pipeline development to support Union Health's workforce needs.

You would ensure a continuous pipeline of high-quality healthcare talent by leveraging social media, professional networks, recruitment marketing, candidate relationship management tools, and community outreach initiatives to fill critical and hard-to-fill positions.

This role reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Source passive healthcare candidates through LinkedIn, social media, CRM databases, and job boards.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill healthcare roles.
  • Review resumes, licenses, certifications, and online profiles.
  • Conduct candidate outreach through calls, emails, hiring events, and networking.
  • Coordinate job fairs, university recruiting events, and virtual open houses.
  • Create recruitment marketing and social media content.
  • Maintain candidate records and license information within CRM systems.
  • Track recruitment metrics, outreach effectiveness, and pipeline health.
  • Support referral bonus programs and recruiting incentive communication.
  • Assist with general recruiting and HR initiatives while promoting equal employment opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Healthcare, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 1–5 years of healthcare recruiting experience preferred.
  • 1–3 years of interviewing experience preferred.
  • Experience using social media for recruiting.
  • Excellent public speaking, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Workday), CRM platforms, and sourcing tools.
  • Familiarity with healthcare credentials, licensing requirements, or medical terminology preferred.
  • Experience with AI tools and technology preferred.

Licenses / Certifications:

Healthcare recruiting certifications, HR-related certifications, or equivalent professional experience preferred. Knowledge of healthcare licensing and credential verification processes is strongly preferred.
