This role is a key contributor to a global recruitment function, responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring high-quality talent across both technical and non-technical roles. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and define effective hiring strategies. The position requires a proactive and data-driven approach to identifying top talent, including passive candidates across multiple channels. You will also play an important role in improving recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, candidate experience, and hiring quality. Operating in a fast-paced, international environment, you will handle multiple requisitions simultaneously while ensuring a seamless and professional candidate journey. - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Create and maintain job postings within the ATS and ensure accurate tracking of recruitment activities.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital channels.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, recruitment strategies, and workforce needs.
- Manage a portfolio of 10–20 open requisitions simultaneously across technical and non-technical roles.
- Conduct background and reference checks as part of the hiring process.
- Monitor and improve key recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, candidate experience, and diversity outcomes.
- Support employer branding initiatives through social media and recruitment campaigns.
- Use recruitment data and analytics to support continuous improvement and hiring effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in an in-house environment.
- Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, with expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions (10–15+ simultaneously) with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese (written and verbal); Spanish is a plus.
- Strong results-oriented mindset with urgency, ownership, and accountability.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Brazil without sponsorship.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a candidate-centric approach to recruitment.
