We are seeking an experienced Field Superintendent with a strong background in concrete construction. Responsibilities:

1. Represent the company professionally and build strong, trusting client relationships.
2. Supervise, mentor, and coach craft personnel in accordance with company policies, procedures, and project requirements.
3. Direct daily work activities of assigned crews to meet production goals and schedules.
4. Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment on-site to ensure efficient workflow.
5. Review production schedules and adjust daily tasks to maintain project timelines.
6. Request and manage materials required for assigned scopes of work.
7. Read, interpret, and apply plans and specifications; verify work meets project requirements.
8. Maintain a high level of safety and ensure compliance with all company and jobsite safety policies.
9. Demonstrate knowledge of local union rules and/or prevailing wage requirements.
