Bath Installer Foreman in Fairview Heights, Illinois at JACOB FAMILY ENTERPRISES INC

You will be responsible for the professional installation of wet space bathroom systems and complete bathroom remodels. This position requires expertise in demolition, construction, plumbing fixture installation, finish carpentry, and customer service. The installer must ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local building codes.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with wet space systems, shower installations, and bathroom renovations.

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Ability to pass background screening and drug testing.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds.

Ability to stand, kneel, bend, climb, and work in confined spaces for extended periods.

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage based on experience, skills, and certifications.

Salary Range: $60,000 – $100,000+ annually for foreman, depending on experience, productivity, and performance.

Performance Incentives:

Performance-based bonuses may be available for quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and project completion goals.

Experienced foreman can earn upwards of $50 per hour.
