As a Brand Marketing Manager, you will play a central role in shaping and growing a global technology brand within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment. You will define brand strategy, develop compelling narratives, and coordinate cross-functional marketing initiatives that strengthen market presence and drive business growth. Working across content, product marketing, research, creative, demand generation, and communications teams, you will ensure a consistent and impactful brand experience across every channel. This role offers the opportunity to influence category positioning, build thought leadership, and create campaigns that connect with security professionals worldwide. You will combine strategic vision, creative judgment, and operational excellence to help establish a leading presence in the cybersecurity market.
- Define and manage brand strategy, positioning, messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity across all customer touchpoints.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive editorial and campaign calendar covering brand initiatives, thought leadership, customer stories, events, and strategic marketing activities.
- Develop platform-focused narratives and campaigns that communicate the broader value of integrated cybersecurity solutions.
- Partner with research, content, PR, social, and creative teams to transform insights and data into compelling thought leadership campaigns.
- Own the customer story and social proof program, managing the pipeline from customer selection through production, distribution, and optimization.
- Create and execute promotional strategies for virtual and in-person events, maximizing audience engagement before, during, and after each initiative.
- Coordinate with shared marketing functions including paid media, SEO, email, analytics, marketing technology, and social teams to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Establish brand and campaign performance metrics, monitor results, and provide actionable insights to improve awareness, authority, engagement, and pipeline impact.
- Act as a key connection point between creative, research, content, product marketing, and demand generation teams to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality brand initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience building and managing brands within high-growth B2B SaaS, technology, or cybersecurity environments.
- Proven experience defining brand positioning, narratives, and marketing strategies while maintaining consistency across multiple channels.
- Strong ability to use AI tools for campaign ideation, content development, and marketing execution while applying strategic judgment and creativity.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional marketing programs involving creative, content, research, product marketing, and demand generation teams.
- Excellent editorial judgment with the ability to create and guide compelling brand stories across thought leadership, customer content, campaigns, and events.
- Experience partnering with technical teams, researchers, or PR functions to transform complex information into market-facing content.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns focused on brand awareness, authority building, and revenue impact.
- Analytical mindset with experience using marketing automation, CRM, attribution platforms, and performance reporting tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Experience in cybersecurity, third-party risk management, attack surface management, or marketing to security leadership audiences is a plus.
- Experience with multimedia storytelling, video, design collaboration, PR campaigns, or advanced marketing analytics is considered an advantage.
