SENIOR MARKETING COORDINATOR - DIGITAL MARKETING (B2B / INDUSTRIAL)
GENERAL SUMMARY
The Senior Marketing Coordinator executes and optimizes digital marketing programs that support lead generation, customer engagement, and sales enablement in a B2B/industrial environment. This role is primarily focused on hands-on digital execution and performance measurement, with traditional marketing activities serving as secondary responsibilities.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including:
- Email marketing (nurture, product launches, newsletters, distributor campaigns)
- Paid social campaigns (primarily LinkedIn)
- Website landing pages and campaign microsites
- Support lead generation initiatives through gated digital content
- Track campaign performance from engagement through MQL and sales handoff
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including lead volume, engagement, and conversion trends
- Continuously test and improve messaging, offers, and calls to action
Content Development
- Develop customer-facing digital content, including blog posts, application stories, emails, and landing pages
- Translate technical product information into clear, customer-focused messaging
- Ensure consistency of messaging across digital channels
Marketing Platforms & Systems
- Execute campaigns using CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
- Manage website content via CMS
- Use basic analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to support reporting
- Maintain accurate digital product content, including images, descriptions, and specifications
- Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers as execution support when needed
Secondary Responsibilities:
Sales Enablement & Marketing Operations
- Support development and maintenance of sales enablement materials
- Assist Product Management and Sales with product launches and channel support
- Organize and maintain marketing asset libraries
Events & Trade Shows
- Support logistics and marketing materials for trade shows and events
- Ensure events support digital lead capture and follow-up campaigns

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience with strong digital execution focus
- Hands-on experience with email marketing, paid B2B social media, and website/landing page management
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Data-driven mindset with comfort using performance metrics
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Engineering
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or technical B2B markets
- Familiarity with CRM, PIM, or eCommerce platforms
