What You'll Do:
- Guide prospective residents and families from initial inquiry through move-in
- Build relationships and provide personalized solutions based on each prospect's needs
- Conduct community tours and educate prospects on senior living options
- Manage leads, follow-up activities, and sales opportunities within the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless move-in experience
- Represent Wesley Willows at community events and outreach opportunities
- Work toward occupancy and move-in goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience
What You'll Need:
- 2+ years of sales or case management experience (service industry preferred)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Must be at least 21 years of age
