As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll help ensure the timely flow of information, provide administrative support across departments, and assist with compliance-related activities tied to Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys being a reliable point of contact in a fast-paced environment.
Onsite office hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm

What You’ll Do
Run and distribute essential reports for the Recruiting team
Answer a multi-line phone system as backup support for Recruiting and Logs
Order and manage office supplies for Recruiting
Serve as a point of contact for employees, drivers, and visitors in Building 8
Direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments
Greet drivers and assist with determining eligibility for random Drug & Alcohol testing
Provide general administrative support and complete additional tasks as assigned
Who You Are
A strong communicator who is comfortable answering phones and handling a variety of inquiries
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Able to work independently while also following direction and priorities from senior team members
Comfortable managing routine and non-routine questions professionally
Proficient with office tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, keyboarding, and basic office equipment
Education Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent.
