Office Manager
• $20.00/hour • Temp-to-Hire
About This Opportunity
Seeking an Office Manager to oversee day-to-day office operations, customer communication, scheduling, invoicing, insurance coordination, and administrative support. This role will eventually oversee two part-time employees and support overall office efficiency.
Bonus Opportunity
- $350 Attendance Bonus for perfect attendance during the first 30 days
Assignment Details
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–5:00 PM
Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pre Employment Requirements
- Drug Screen Required
- Background Check Required
- Client Interview Required
- Valid Driver’s License
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Schedule residential, commercial, and automotive glass appointments
- Coordinate technician schedules and routes
- Process invoices, payments, deposits, and purchase orders
- Work with insurance companies regarding claims and billing
- Maintain customer records and office documentation
- Order office supplies and track inventory
- Assist with payroll preparation and employee time tracking
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Support sales efforts and customer follow-up
- General computer knowledge and strong computer skills
- Strong customer service and people skills
- Hard-working and energetic personality
- English proficiency
- Stable work history
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Service Titan experience preferred
