Service Dispatcher

About This Opportunity
Seeking a dependable and organized Service Dispatcher to support daily office operations for a growing local service company specializing in handyman services, plumbing, and water treatment. This position is primarily work-from-home, with initial in-person training and weekly in-person meetings at the Omaha home office.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service and office support experience who enjoys helping coordinate schedules, communicating with customers, and supporting a fast-paced service team.
Bonus Opportunity
- $350 Attendance Bonus for perfect attendance during the first 30 days
Assignment Details
Pay: $19.23/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pre Employment Requirements
- Drug Screen Required
- Background Check Required
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- Client Interview Required
- Must be able to communicate in English (Bilingual a plus)
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls
- Schedule estimates and coordinate service appointments
- Build and maintain customer records
- Assist with estimates and invoices using QuickBooks Online
- Support office operations and process development
- Communicate effectively with customers and service teams
- Previous office/customer service experience
- Experience using QuickBooks Online
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently from home
- Reliable transportation for weekly in-person meetings and training
- Must have:
- Up-to-date computer
- Reliable phone
- High-speed internet access
(Company equipment is not provided until hired onto client payroll)
