Hey Omaha, MONARCH is NOW HIRING for an Apartment Maintenance Manager/Supervisor! *This positions requires a valid drivers license, background check and drug screen to qualifyPAY: $28-30 an hour (depending on experience) PLUS bonuses up to $4k+ a yearSCHEDULE: M-F 8-5pm schedule with some shared on-call (1x every 3 weeks) LOCATION: Park on Center Apartments (165 apartments)This is a hands on maintenance supervisor position and is responsible for property inspections, make readies, work orders, general maintenance including HVAC repair, developing and leading a team, supply ordering, and vendor scheduling.
