Responsibilities
1st Shift - 5:30 AM - 3:00 PM Monday – Friday and overtime as business needs dictate
Pay Rate: $24.00/hr - $27.00/hr
Pay Grade: HR999

Now hiring for a Flexible Operators at our Ada, Oklahoma manufacturing plant. In this role, you will be counted on for the following tasks:
Daily Execution
- Monitors hour-by-hour output performance to required rates.
- Balance and coordinate workflow to ensure orders are flowing through line.
- Conduct the initial countermeasures against the problems identified for the goal deviation.
- Float in between different assignments to fill gaps, cover for absences, or provide extra support.
- Seek ideas for the continuous improvement of our processes.
- Comply with standards pertaining to safety, people, quality, delivery, CI & Operating System.
Train, motivate, and manage the skills and experience of the work team.
- Train new associates to perform duties at their respective workstations.
- Cross train seasoned associates to enhance flexibility and support growth and development.
- Provide refresh training to associates regarding their daily activities.
- Help maintaining an up-to-date skills matrix, fostering versatility.
- Identify needs for specific training or development amongst associates.
- Provide associates with the necessary feedback to support their job specific development (safety, quality, performance).
- Serve as a role model and knowledge disseminator by adhering to company policies, standards, and regulations.
Comply with, maintain, and disseminate the operating system.
- Perform daily maintenance of performance indicators.
Qualifications
Competencies:

Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years or more of Globe manufacturing or general manufacturing experience.
- Be a level 3 or 4 associate.
Preferred:
- 4 years or more of Globe manufacturing or general manufacturing experience.
- Department specific knowledge.
