Job Description
The H-Wave Billing representative is primarily responsible for the accurate and reliable handling of accounts and documents by preparing bills/invoices and updating records.

The Job
- Collect all information needed to send bills
- Check the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of bills
- Issue bills and send them to customers
- Issue account statements periodically or whenever necessary
- Notate patient accounts for every rebill processed. Scan, mail, or file with DME bills
- Review and update daily billing.
- Process changes and manual adjustments
- Verify and process VA, DME bills received and PI liens
- Verify and process VA bills
- Verify and process Dept of Labor payments
- Verify and process zero dollar bills to insurance companies
- Process, scan, and deposit checks
- Accounts Receivable/Collections
- Must be able to work onsite in Huntington Beach full-time
- Data entry skills
- Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software
- Proficiency in English and in MS Office
- Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proven working experience as Accounts Receivable Clerk
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
Physical Requirements
This is a position that requires frequent sitting or standing, repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. It also may require occasional lifting, carrying, walking, climbing, kneeling, bending/stooping, twisting, pulling/pushing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching above the shoulder.
