As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by managing complex enterprise sales cycles, developing strategic relationships, and positioning innovative solutions that address customer challenges.
- Own the full enterprise sales lifecycle, from prospecting and discovery through solution design, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and maintain relationships with executive-level stakeholders across enterprise organizations, acting as a trusted business advisor throughout the buying process.
- Develop a deep understanding of the platform and procurement ecosystem to deliver compelling product demonstrations and value-based sales conversations.
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities through a combination of inbound leads, marketing-generated opportunities, personal networks, and proactive prospecting.
- Leverage modern sales intelligence and engagement tools to manage pipelines, improve efficiency, and accelerate deal progression.
- Consult with prospects to understand business challenges and tailor solutions that deliver measurable operational and financial impact.
- Partner with internal teams including marketing, product, and customer success to ensure strong customer alignment and successful implementations.
- Contribute to the evolution of sales strategies, processes, and best practices within a rapidly scaling organization.
- Bring an entrepreneurial mindset by helping strengthen team culture, sharing insights, and supporting broader company growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate is an experienced enterprise SaaS sales professional with a strong track record of closing complex technology deals. You should be highly motivated, organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where ownership and adaptability are essential.
- 5+ years of enterprise-level technology SaaS sales experience with demonstrated success closing complex deals.
- Proven ability to manage strategic sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to connect customer challenges to business outcomes.
- Self-driven mindset with the ability to independently manage priorities, pipeline activities, and sales goals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using sales tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
- Ability to prospect effectively, build new relationships, and create opportunities within target accounts.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and maintain accurate forecasting.
- Willingness to take ownership, collaborate with teams, and contribute beyond individual responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience selling solutions to procurement, finance, IT, or legal teams is highly preferred.
- Competitive compensation package with an estimated OTE range of $250,000 - $315,000, based on experience, location, education, and relevant skills.
